Job Description

Litigation Legal Assistant | Midtown Atlanta 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA A respected Personal Injury Defense firm in Midtown Atlanta is seeking a sharp and proactive Litigation Legal Assistant to join their busy team! This is an onsite role supporting multiple attorneys in active litigation – perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume defense practice. •This is temp to hire opportunity with the potential to roll over before 90 days•

What You’ll Do:

Draft, proofread, and format legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions) Maintain case files and attorney calendars Handle e-filing in Georgia State and Federal courts Manage deadlines, hearing dates, and trial schedules Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel Provide solid administrative and litigation support from pre-suit through trial

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience (PI defense preferred) Strong understanding of court procedures and e-filing protocols Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic legal environment Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with legal software is a plus
