Litigation Paralegal The Strickland Firm Atlanta, GA • Remote Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of personal injury litigation. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to supporting attorneys in all aspects of litigation. Duties Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files and evidence. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Review and proofread documents for accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information for cases. Maintain case management systems and ensure all deadlines are met. Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and provide updates on progress. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact ongoing cases. Requirements Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department. Strong knowledge of personal injury law is preferred. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues. Proficient in project management with the capability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. Exceptional proofreading skills with keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interviewing of clients and witnesses. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A degree in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred but not required.
