Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting attorneys in the various aspects of litigation related to case preparation, management, and execution Obtains, reviews, analyzes, and summarizes legal documentation pertaining to cases Schedules depositions and other meetings with clients, witnesses, experts, opposing counsel, court reporters and others Retrieves documents and sends expert packages to parties for review Documents files and updates clients when necessary regarding status of case Prepare draft discovery documents Files documents with the various courts Enters billable time into computer on a daily basis Remains flexible and open to requests for support or assistance outside of the scope of this job description and to other duties as directed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field NetDocuments software experience would be beneficial Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented
