Litigation Paralegal Aminov Search Partners Atlanta, GA Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative, clerical, and data management support Organize and manage the legal team’s schedules Coordinate and arrange depositions, hearings, and meetings Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe for document management E-file documents in Florida’s E-Portal System proactively Prepare attorneys for legal proceedings including trials, depositions, and hearings Draft and prepare legal documents like pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas Handle correspondence with various parties through multiple channels Maintain direct communication with clients Set up and manage virtual hearings via platforms like
Zoom Qualifications:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Minimum of two years in litigation required Trial experience is advantageous Familiarity with e-filing systems for state and federal courts is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment Strong communication skills with clients and team members Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Collaborative team player
