We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team. Our practice focuses on community association collections litigation. Responsibilities The candidate must be detail orientated, self-motivated, organized, and should have significant experience in the following areas: Composing, preparing, revising, and finalizing legal documents (including pleadings), and correspondence as directed by the attorney in a high volume practice Drafting, formulating, and revising discovery questions and discovery responses, including handling document organization, summaries, and production Self-directed and able to identify and manage tasks in a lawsuit and manage caseloads among multiple attorneys Qualifications, Skills and Expertise Required and/or

Desired:

Familiar with deed records research and using the GSCCCA website Skilled in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required.
