Paralegal Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Roswell, Georgia. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong expertise in legal documentation and case management. As a key contributor, you will assist with litigation processes, document preparation, and e-filing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents, filings, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist attorneys with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files.
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to support legal proceedings.
• Coordinate e-filing processes for both state and federal courts.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required materials.
• Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders in personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
• Review and analyze medical records to support case development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal practices.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal team as needed. Requirements
• Proven experience in personal injury litigation and medical malpractice cases.
• Proficiency in e-filing systems for state and federal courts.
• Strong drafting skills for legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to analyze and interpret medical records and other case-related documents.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with attorneys and clients.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and techniques.
