We’re seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Paralegal to join our litigation team and assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation and trial preparation.

Position Summary:

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong background in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft complaints, discovery requests, and responses Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies Review, summarize, and organize discovery materials and case files Assist attorneys with trial preparations, including exhibit management and witness coordination Manage case calendars and ensure deadlines are met File pleadings and other court documents electronically and physically Regularly communicate with clients, keeping them updated and informed Maintain organized case management systems and digital files

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred) Familiarity with Georgia court procedures and e-filing systems Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software (e.g., Clio, Filevine) Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, proactive, and client-focused demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

Paralegal Certificate or equivalent legal education Trial preparation or courtroom experience
