Paralegal The Orange Firm Atlanta, GA 30339 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law, especially Family Law, and will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in managing legal cases. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation. Conduct document review and ensure accuracy in all legal documents. Manage legal case files and maintain organized records. Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents as required. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information relevant to cases. Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. Ensure compliance with tribal law regulations where applicable. Utilize Clio for case management and billing processes. Proofread all documents for clarity, grammar, and adherence to legal standards. Exhibit professionalism in phone etiquette when interacting with clients and stakeholders. Skills Strong knowledge of family law and estate planning principles. Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong administrative capabilities with effective organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work standards. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone etiquette. Experience in litigating or supporting litigation processes is advantageous.
