Summary
Our client is one of Atlanta’s leading personal injury law firms, known for fighting and winning high-value cases for accident victims. They combine aggressive advocacy with a client-centered approach to maximize results and help people rebuild their lives. They are growing and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join their elite team. The Case Manager will manage a full docket of pre-litigation files from intake through settlement, working directly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys. Strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the personal injury process, and relentless client service are critical to success in this role.
Salary
$60,000-$75,000 (negotiable based on experience) and benefits.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of personal injury cases during pre-litigation. Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and support throughout their case. Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other documentation. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery. Draft and send demand letters based on medical summaries and damages analysis. Maintain detailed case notes and ensure files are updated in the case management system.
Coordinate client medical care when necessary and monitor treatment progress. Prepare cases for litigation if settlement is not achieved.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of personal injury case management experience, preferably on the plaintiff side.
Strong track record negotiating personal injury settlements with insurance adjusters. Deep understanding of case timelines, medical treatment cycles, and insurance company practices. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering outstanding client service. Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
