Gonzalez & Torres Law is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support our growing personal injury team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage 60-70 active cases, and delivers compassionate, clear support to clients—especially Spanish-speaking individuals navigating high-stakes legal challenges.

What You’ll Do:

Manage an active caseload of ~60-70 personal injury litigation cases Draft and file complaints, motions, and discovery; manage service and deadlines Lead litigation intake with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clarity and confidence from day one Schedule depositions and coordinate with defendants, experts, and medical professionals Prepare exhibits, witness summaries, and case files for mediation, trial, or settlement Proactively track case milestones, billing, and communication Support clients with empathy and professionalism throughout the legal process

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish & English

• Must be fluent in both verbal and written communication 1-3 years of litigation paralegal experience (plaintiff or defense side) Confident in legal drafting and court filing procedures Strong organizational and time management skills Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and anticipate needs Clear communicator with a client-first mindset and professional demeanor
