About the Role This isn’t your average litigation support job. We’re seeking a high-performing Spanish-English bilingual paralegal who thrives under pressure, is obsessed with organization, and brings compassionate communication to every client interaction. You’ll work directly with our lead attorney to manage a high-volume caseload (60-70 personal injury litigation cases), keeping every case on track from intake through trial or settlement. Your initiative, ownership, and cultural understanding will directly impact lives.

Key Responsibilities Client Intake :

Guide Spanish-speaking clients through litigation intake with clarity and care.

Drafting & Filing :

Prepare and file complaints, motions, and discovery accurately and on time.

Case Management :

Track deadlines, filings, and case progress across 60-70 active cases.

Discovery & Depositions :

Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, and deposition scheduling.

Trial & Mediation Prep :

Organize exhibits, witness summaries, and prep materials for attorneys.

Client Support :

Provide empathetic, culturally aware support to clients throughout their case.

Billing :

Log billable time and case-related expenses for tracking and reporting What You Bring Fluent in Spanish & English —you must be able to communicate confidently with both clients and legal professionals. 1-3 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) with strong drafting and filing skills. Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and ability to juggle 60-70 cases without dropping the ball. Empathy, communication, and cultural awareness —you’re not just translating, you’re connecting. Organized and resourceful , with a proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate legal processes, and problem-solve independently.
