Now, we’re growing — and we’re looking for a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal (Spanish-English) who can help us elevate client care and case outcomes in our fast-paced personal injury litigation department. About the Role This is not your average paralegal position. You’ll be the go-to right hand for our lead trial attorneys, helping manage a high-volume docket of 60-70 litigation cases . You’ll guide Spanish-speaking clients through complex legal processes, prep for trial, track deadlines, and play a key role in helping our clients find justice after life-changing injuries.

Key Responsibilities Client Intake & Communication:

Serve as a trusted guide to Spanish-speaking clients — providing clarity, compassion, and culturally competent care

Drafting & Filing:

Prepare, revise, and e-file legal documents (complaints, motions, discovery, subpoenas, etc.) with zero room for error

Case Management:

Maintain control of deadlines, filings, and litigation milestones for 60-70 active PI cases

Discovery Coordination:

Schedule depositions, manage discovery requests, and organize exhibits and medical records

Trial & Mediation Prep:

Help attorneys get courtroom-ready with detailed witness summaries, exhibit binders, and trial logistics

Client Updates & Support:

Deliver consistent, empathetic updates to clients — often navigating sensitive topics in their native language

Billing & Time Tracking:
