Job Description:

Immediate need for real estate closing paralegal seekingfulltime work hours Monday to Friday and some over time as needed.

Must be fullcharge independent paralegal, applicant must be aLouisiana Notary, must be able to process ALL loan documents forclosings and actually close loans. Must be able to understand andreview title abstracts, handle all financial aspects of closings,prepare checks, understand title insurnace and write title policiesand opinions. Must be a ble to work with Bankers, mortgage lenders,realtors and also with office clients by phone , e-mails, fax andin person.
