As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will work closelywith attorneys to manage litigation cases efficiently using ouradvanced tech tools. You’ll play a crucial role in casepreparation, discovery, and trial support while ensuring seamlesscommunication with clients and legal teams. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injurylitigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, andcorrespondence
• Assist in case investigation, gathering medical records, andorganizing evidence
• Prepare and file legal documents in state and federalcourts
• Coordinate and manage discovery, including propounding andresponding to interrogatories, requests for production, andrequests for admission
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, andopposing counsel
• Organize trial exhibits, prepare trial binders, and assist withtrial preparation
• Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
• Utilize case management and legal tech tools to track deadlinesand case progress

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and courtrules
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to newlegal technology
• Proficiency in legal case management software (SmartAdvocate aplus)
• Experience with e-filing systems, cloud-based legal tools, anddigital document management
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legalresearch platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and theability to multitask
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
