Litigation Paralegal – Lafayette Broussard, David, & Moroux 557 Jefferson Street, Lafayette, LA 70501
Position Overview:
Broussard, David & Moroux is a top personal injury law firm based in downtown Lafayette with offices in Greater New Orleans that offers potential for advancement, annual salary increases, holiday bonuses, generous holiday schedule and competitive benefits for employees. We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in the Covington office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation support and trial preparation; Manage and organize case files; Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel; Prepare discovery requests and responses; Schedule and coordinate depositions and court appearances; and Other relevant responsibilities, as necessary. Qualifications At least 5 years personal injury paralegal experience preferred; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and Passionate about helping others and dedicated to excellence.
Compensation:
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
