With a strong commitment to client satisfaction and community involvement, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Post Closing Paralegal. In this role, you will play a vital part in the closing processing cycle, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. Required Skills and Experience Dependable, collaborative, helpful, and highly responsive. Practical experience with web-based software preferred but not mandatory. 2-5 years experience in the industry Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Google Suite is a significant advantage. Ability to function independently with a proactive attitude. Keen to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Engage in comprehensive on-the-job training provided by our seasoned team of real estate paralegals and attorneys, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success in this role. Review and verify post-closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Assist with funding procedures by confirming receipt of funds and disbursing payments to appropriate parties. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate post-closing processes Maintain and organize both physical and digital post-closing files while upholding confidentiality Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support the timely completion of transactions Touchstone Closing believes in fostering talent and is committed to providing a supportive environment where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive and grow.
