$70,000•$100,000 My client is a well-respected firm in Boston, MA . We are seeking a legal assistant with experience in family law to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience, with some background in family law. If that sounds like you, please apply!

What You Will Do:

Transcribing, editing, and proofreading letters & legal documents. Posting & editing bills. Managing all of the filings in a paper-intensive legal practice. Maintaining and organizing calendars and contacts. Prioritizing assignments with little guidance. Receive and direct clients and visitors. Professionally convey information to clients and associated parties. Correspond to letters, notes, and other communications in a variety of ways. Maintain files in accordance with the firm’s filing procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

3+ years of experience, family law preferred. Bachelors degree or similar work experience . Able to professionally interact with clients. Self-starter, able to work with little direction. Very skilled with computers, specifically MS Suite.
