$67.8K – $90.6K a year 12 hours ago Qualifications Trading Mid-level Paralegal experience Communication skills Time management Full Job Description Paralegal – 6 month contract Overview Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their Legal and Compliance Department on a temporary basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing the onboarding of client accounts to ISDA Master Agreements and other trading agreements. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various functional areas within the firm and its trading counterparties, as well as assist in carrying out the Department’s support function. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Required Skills Experience working with trading agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements, MSFTAs, Listed Options Agreements, Master Repurchase Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, etc. Knowledge of derivative instruments and relevant trading agreements Knowledge of rules and/or regulations applicable to trading derivatives for various types of client accounts Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and time management skills Client-friendly and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a group setting, as well as independently, on multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies Nice to Have Skills Formal paralegal educational training preferred Experience with automated or technology solutions to onboarding processes Familiarity with the Markit Request for Amendment platform Knowledge of EMIR Delegated Reporting Agreements, Account Control Agreements, and other agreements incidental to trading agreements Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion The Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
