Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to attorneys by managing documents, court preparation, and administrative tasks while ensuring efficiency in legal operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Coordinate and manage court preparation tasks, including assembling binders and conducting research.
• Oversee calendar management to ensure deadlines and appointments are accurately tracked.
• Provide general office support to maintain smooth operations within the legal team.
• Utilize case management software to organize and manage case files effectively.
• Assist in litigation defense processes, including trial preparation and e-discovery.
• Conduct research and gather information for labor and employee relations cases.
• Collaborate on matters involving the Department of Labor to ensure compliance and thorough preparation. Requirements
• Proven experience in drafting and managing legal documents.
• Familiarity with case management software to streamline workflow.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes, including trial preparation and defense strategies.
• Knowledge of e-discovery techniques and practices.
• Experience in handling labor and employee relations matters.
• Ability to work effectively on cases involving the Department of Labor.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with attorneys and clients.
