This rolewill oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts related to asizable and active property portfolio, totaling several millionsquare feet. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-orientedprofessional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings acollaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to contract andcompliance operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the firm’sinternal contract management process, ensuring procedures areoptimized, consistent, and efficient Draft, track, and helpnegotiate vendor, contractor, and service provider agreements inalignment with internal risk policies Coordinate collection ofsupporting documentation (COIs, W-9s, corporate documentation,etc.) to ensure timely contract execution Collaborate withinsurance brokers, counsel, and operations leads on contractdeviations and risk mitigation Maintain a centralized contractrepository and manage ongoing updates, renewals, and change ordersSupport vendor onboarding through internal systems and assist withdigital signature and filing workflows Develop and refine standardcontract templates and processes in conjunction with internalstakeholders and external counsel Assist with lease-relatedcontract obligations such as tenant improvement reimbursements andconstruction approvals Partner with leadership on operationalimprovements and technology upgrades within the legal/contractsfunction Qualifications Paralegal certificate required Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience in commercial real estate,construction, or legal operations 2-5 years of experience handlingcontracts in a commercial real estate or construction-relatedsetting Strong organizational skills and ability to jugglecompeting deadlines Familiarity with contract risk terms, insurancedocumentation, and vendor compliance Excellent communication skillsand a client-service approach to internal and external interactionsExperience with DocuSign and/or other contract workflow toolspreferred Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is notavailable Interested in hearing more?
