The candidate should have a minimum of one to three years of paralegal experience in the litigation field. Knowledge of the utility and construction industries is a plus. The paralegal will be supporting plaintiff subrogation work, as well as other general litigation support. A good working knowledge of Word and Excel is required. The position is approximately 20 – 30 hours per week. The firm is a fun, family friendly practice and is willing to work with the candidate to develop a flexible schedule.
