Full-Time | Permanent Our client, a well-established andrespected law firm in St. Louis with a strong commitment toexcellence and community involvement, is seeking a highly skilledLitigation Paralegal to join their busy litigation team. This is anexcellent opportunity for a paralegal with 3-5 years of civillitigation experience to contribute to a collaborative and dynamiclegal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneysthroughout all phases of civil litigation, including draftingpleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Manage and organizecase files, ensuring efficient document storage and retrieval.
Conduct legal research using industry-standard platforms to assistin case preparation and strategy. Assist with trial preparation,including exhibit compilation and witness coordination. Facilitateprofessional communication with clients, opposing counsel, andcourt personnel. Monitor deadlines and ensure all filings complywith court rules. Maintain accurate billing records and assist withinvoicing processes.
Candidate Profile:
Paralegal certificate orBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experienceconsidered. 3 to 5 years of experience in a litigation paralegalrole. Proficient with legal research tools such as LexisNexis andWestlaw. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortablemanaging multiple projects concurrently in a fast-pacedenvironment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyand collaboratively. Proficient with Microsoft Office and legalcase management software. Demonstrates excellent judgment,discretion, and adaptability.
