. This role requires effective communication skills, particularly phone etiquette, as well as proficiency in legal research. The Paralegal will support by managing case files, conducting interviews, and ensuring that all legal documents are prepared accurately and efficiently. Duties Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings by organizing case files and documentation. Conduct legal research using tools to support case preparation. Draft legal documents Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is up to date. Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather information and provide updates on case status. Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information for cases. Ensure compliance regulations where applicable. Manage deadlines for filing documents with courts and other legal entities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal administrative role. Strong knowledge Social Security Disability law is required. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction. Proficient in using legal research tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
