Education and Formal Training:
Must be a graduate of an accredited law school.
Professional Certification:
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or must obtain Licensewithin 1 year of employment.
Work Experience:
3 years as a practicing attorney in a law firm or in-houseposition.
Additional Education/Experience Preferences:
Experience in health care industry, including preparation ofcontracts and transactional documents, is preferred.
Requirements:
Work schedule in excess of 40 hours/week. Effective oral andwritten communication; strong problem-solving skills; possessesknowledge of health care industry; ability to work wellindividually and as a team member.
