Responsibilities:
Provide paralegal support for ISA’s legal and standards teams focused on intellectual property protection and compliance Manage ISA’s IP portfolio, including trademarks and copyrights Prepare and file IP applications, renewals, and Office Action responses through the USPTO and international offices Monitor and maintain IP docketing systems and deadlines Assist in intellectual property enforcement, including cease-and-desist letters, takedown requests, and compliance tracking Support IP licensing reviews and ensure alignment with ISA’s publishing and standardization practices
Qualifications:
Experience in intellectual property enforcement, compliance, or legal affairs required Open to candidates with a variety of experience levels Familiarity with USPTO processes and global IP systems (e.g., WIPO, EPO)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently Open to candidates with varying years of experience
Compensation:
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $43
