$55,000•$70,000 (DOE) Full-Time | Onsite Skyline Personnel is seeking a Worker’s Compensation Paralegal to join a reputable firm with multiple office locations across North Carolina. Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with the preparation and handling of workers’ compensation claims from inception through resolution Draft, review, and file legal documents such as claims, petitions, and motions Conduct legal research, including case law, medical records, and workers’ compensation statutes Manage and organize case files, ensuring timely and accurate documentation Update and maintain case management systems with case status, deadlines, and other key details Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical professionals, and other stakeholders Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings Provide administrative support to the legal team, including calendar management and file organization Ensure compliance with state workers’ compensation regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in workers’ compensation or related areas (preferred) ✔ Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and claims processes ✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills ✔ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously ✔ Proficient with legal software and case management systems ✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Criminal Background Check Required Apply today!
