DeMayo Law Offices is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (Spanish-speaking) to join our team. As a critical point of contact for injured clients, you’ll help guide them through the legal process, keep their cases moving forward, and ensure they receive the care and attention they deserve. What You’ll Do:
Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, providing regular updates and support in both Spanish and English. Track medical treatment, identify any gaps or concerns, and ensure clients are referred appropriately for continued care. Manage key aspects of each case, including insurance coverage verification, communication with adjusters, record retrieval, wage documentation, and more. Summarize medical records and prepare comprehensive demand packages for attorney review. Handle a high volume of cases with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism—keeping every file organized and moving toward resolution.
What You Bring:
Fluency in Spanish and English (required) 2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal (or in a related legal support role) Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and insurance coverage in PI cases Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly with clients, providers, and adjusters Highly organized and able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy or service Paralegal certification, or associate’s degree in paralegal studies preferred but not required with equivalent experience
