Litigation Paralegal Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Ascendo Resources is partnering with a reputable, large law firm client in Charlotte, NC that is seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal. This role will support attorneys in all aspects of litigation, with a primary focus on product liability, construction, commercial, and administrative law.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, and document management throughout all phases of litigation. Maintain close communication with clients, attorneys, and staff to coordinate case activities. Manage and track multiple deadline-driven projects across various jurisdictions. Prepare, organize, and maintain case files and legal documentation. Ensure compliance with court rules and procedural guidelines. Monitor court calendars, filing deadlines, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in litigation support or legal administration preferred. Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and jurisdictional guidelines a plus.
