We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Drafting Technician for Estate Plan document preparation to support our legal team and contribute to the high-quality service our clients expect. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related materials. Compensation:
$20 – $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Draft estate planning documents using templates and legal drafting software Proofread and edit documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting Maintain and organize client files and case management systems Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients as needed to ensure timely document preparation Assist in updating and maintaining legal templates and resources Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in estate planning, legal drafting, or a similar administrative legal role is preferred Familiarity with common estate planning documents (e.g., wills, trusts, POAs) Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document software Paralegal certification or a legal studies background is a plus About Company Salines-Mondello Law Firm, PC is a growing boutique law firm focusing on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Special Needs Planning.
