Immigration Attorney:
- Draft letter of support and various
USCIS/DOL/DOS
forms
- Prepare nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2/E-1) petitions
- Prepare immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3) petitions
- Assist in preparation and filing of PERM labor certification applications
- Prepare and file adjustment of status and other family-based applications/petitions
- Handle NVC and Consular NIV/IV processing
- Draft RFE/NOID/NOIR/Audit responses
- Draft Motions/Appeals
- Prepare asylum applications
- Draft NIV/IV waiver applications
- Communicate with USCIS, DOS, and clients regarding immigration matters
- Finalize immigration case filings to be submitted to
USCIS/DOL/DOS
- Organize and manage client files Qualifications & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of work experience in business- and family-based immigration matters
- 1-2 years of work experience using immigration case management system (INSZoom, LawLogix, etc.)
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, be detailed oriented; and be able to multitask in a fast paced and highly regarded immigration practice
- Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
- Authorized to work in the U.
