Immigration Attorney:
  • Draft letter of support and various
USCIS/DOL/DOS

forms

  • Prepare nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2/E-1) petitions
  • Prepare immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-3) petitions
  • Assist in preparation and filing of PERM labor certification applications
  • Prepare and file adjustment of status and other family-based applications/petitions
  • Handle NVC and Consular NIV/IV processing
  • Draft RFE/NOID/NOIR/Audit responses
  • Draft Motions/Appeals
  • Prepare asylum applications
  • Draft NIV/IV waiver applications
  • Communicate with USCIS, DOS, and clients regarding immigration matters
  • Finalize immigration case filings to be submitted to
USCIS/DOL/DOS
  • Organize and manage client files Qualifications & Experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of work experience in business- and family-based immigration matters
  • 1-2 years of work experience using immigration case management system (INSZoom, LawLogix, etc.)
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, be detailed oriented; and be able to multitask in a fast paced and highly regarded immigration practice
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
  • Authorized to work in the U.
