Residential Real Estate Paralegal Woodson Sayers Lawther Short Parrott & Abramson LLP 225 North Main Street, Salisbury, NC 28144 Candidates must possess skills to handle residential loan closings from start to finish, including processing title orders, obtaining Title Commitments, preparing loan packages, preparing CDs, and handling closing file disbursements. The firm seeks an individual who pays attention to details, is friendly, a hard worker, professional, organized and a self-starter, and who works well with others. MUST have two of the last three years active real estate paralegal experience and ready to hit the ground running. Must be proficient with ProTrust/SoftPro. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required. HOURS Monday to Thursday 8:30-5:00 Friday 8:30-12:00
