You’ll serve as a bridge between our clients and their legal needs, managing estate planning documentation, Medicaid benefit applications, and helping ensure families are cared for with clarity and confidence. This full-time, onsite position is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured legal environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and excels at keeping multiple moving parts in sync. What You’ll Do Guide clients through the Medicaid application and estate planning documentation process Prepare, organize, and track client documentation from start to finish Schedule, confirm, and support client meetings

  • including witnessing or notarizing signings Draft correspondence and assemble documents using legal platforms Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure compliance and accuracy Maintain accurate case records and client data in our systems Handle time tracking, email triage, and case progress reporting Uphold confidentiality and professional standards in all aspects of your work What You Bring Experience in DSS, Medicaid, or public benefits preferred Legal support or estate planning background is highly valued Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Familiarity with CRM or legal case management platforms a plus Comfort with numbers and financial documentation Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive total compensation: $55,000•65,000/year , commensurate with experience Regular work hours: 8:30 AM•5:00 PM , Monday-Friday Collaborative team culture with meaningful client impact Opportunities to grow within a mission-driven legal practice Occasional events and firm activities outside regular hours Important to Know As a non-attorney, this role strictly supports legal work under attorney supervision and must comply with all ethical rules of conduct.
