Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com ) is a leading provider ofmobile notary signing services, dedicated to exceptionalconvenience and efficiency. We specialize in facilitating on-the-gonotarial services, ensuring accessibility and reliability.
Currently, we seek a Remote Notary Services Provider to join ourteam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs notarial acts remotely using videoconferencing tools for clients unable to be present, verifyingidentities, witnessing signatures, and certifying documents incompliance with laws. Also travels to clients’ locations, such ashomes or offices, to notarize various documents, including realestate transactions, wills, and powers of attorney, offering bothremote notarization and mobile services for client convenience.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diplomaor equivalent. Notary Public commission. Additional authorizationor certification may be required for remote notarization, ofteninvolving specific training in technology proficiency. Training inmobile notary services covers client interaction, documenthandling, and legal requirements. Liability insurance isrecommended for added legal protection. Essential familiarity withstate laws governing notarial acts, including remote and mobileservices. Proficiency in technology platforms for remotenotarization, ensuring secure document management. Strongcommunication skills, punctuality, and professionalism areessential.

PAYMENT $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
