Posted June 16, 2025 Plaintiff’s Litigation Firm Seeking Paralegal – Raleigh, NC A busy and growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a full-time Paralegal to support its personal injury and complex litigation practice in Raleigh, NC. The role involves working closely with attorneys on case management, client communication, discovery, trial preparation, and document organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of injury victims.

Offer:

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred 1+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury or plaintiff-side work Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Experience with legal software, case management systems, and electronic filing Proficiency in drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and basic legal correspondence Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and external parties Spanish fluency is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain case files from pre-litigation through trial Assist with drafting and responding to discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court deadlines Communicate with clients, experts, providers, and opposing counsel as needed Support attorneys in trial preparation including compiling exhibits, trial binders, and witness lists Enter and track case information, deadlines, and documents in the firm’s case management system For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
