Real Estate Paralegal Moffatt & Moffatt, PLLC 833 State Farm Road, Boone, NC 28607 Paralegal – Full Time About our Firm Moffatt & Moffatt, PLLC is a small firm in Boone, North Carolina focusing on real estate, civil litigation, and business law in Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. About the Position

• The position is for an experienced real estate paralegal.
• This will be a Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, 40 hours per week position
• This is an in-person position. No remote work.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal (

• ) with experience in both loan and cash files
• You must be a self-starter and able to lead a team
• You must be able to manage your files independently while helping manage the real estate team, which may include stepping in on other files when needed
• You must be able to strictly follow our procedures and protocols
• Strong communication, organizational, and meticulous attention to detail skills are essential Compensation and Benefits
• Base Salary will be very competitive and will reflect experience of the candidate
• We provide ten (10) days of paid time off per calendar year.
• We provide nine (9) days of paid holidays per calendar year
• We provide a group health insurance plan and we will pay 75% of your premium in our group health insurance plan. Dependents can be added to your plan at your own expense.
• If you are not a Notary Public, we will pay your cost of becoming a Notary Public, if needed by firm.
