Litigation Paralegal (Temp-to-Perm) 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Merrimack, NH 03054 • Hybrid work Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to assist the in-house legal team at one of our global financial service clients on an hourly basis. The paralegal will support the teams of in-house attorneys who handle litigation, arbitration and regulatory legal matters. This is a tremendous opportunity to join one of the world’s most well-known and established financial and investment services companies! This role is expected to be temp-to-perm , and it is expected to provide full-time hours. The structure of this role will require both on-site and remote work . The role will require alternating remote and onsite weeks each month.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the legal teams with matter management Conduct necessary client and customer research Provide hands-on support in all phases of litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required 10+ years of paralegal experience is required, preferably from within a global law firm or financial services corporation Paralegal certification a plus At least three years of hands-on experience with eDiscovery review tools such as Relativity Advanced proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Excel Strong track record of implementation of document tracking and data analytics Advanced proficiency with
