Job Summary We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented processor to join our team in the Concord, NH office. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of New Hampshire title standards, be able to perform title abstracts, prepare lender title commitments, and navigate the registry of deeds. We seek a professional and friendly legal assistant/processor/real estate paralegal that can support our existing team. Experience with E-Closing preferred. Experience and familiarity with New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine real estate closings is a plus. Responsibilities Balance settlement statements and coordinate closing appointments. Deed preparation, closing document preparation. Prepare closing packages. Correspond with buyers and sellers to guide them through the closing process. Title examinations, title review, preparation of lender title commitments. Support other processors and attorney with tasks, as necessary. Obtain mortgage payoffs, commission statements, and final utility bills. Experience Previous experience working with title companies or real estate attorneys for a minimum of two years is preferred for this position. Real estate contract knowledge is required. Submitting salary or wage requirements upon application is encouraged.
