TRUST AND ESTATE PARALEGAL
JOB SUMMARY Trust & Estates Paralegal New Hampshire | Hybrid | Full-Time
2-5+ Years Experience | Probate & Tax Filing Focus We’re working with a highly regarded regional law firm to help them find an experienced Trust & Estates Paralegal to join their growing team in New Hampshire. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to handle meaningful work for both regional and national clients in a supportive, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Manage trust and probate administration matters from start to finish
Prepare probate accountings and Federal estate tax returns (Form 706)
Navigate Probate Court procedures with confidence and attention to deadlines
Work independently while collaborating with attorneys and clients What We’re Looking For 2-5+ years of paralegal experience in Trusts & Estates
Proficient in probate administration, court filings, and tax documentation
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
