Key Responsibilities:

Draft, file, and serve complaints Draft and respond to discovery demands, motions, and related filings Manage and maintain the litigation calendar and case deadlines Request and follow up on records from medical providers and other entities Comply to court orders and deadlines Perform legal research as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably on the plaintiff side of personal injury Strong legal writing, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus Proficient in litigation procedures and calendaring Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping injured clients
