Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and revise legal documents. Assistin the preparation and organization of transaction files, ensuringall documentation is complete and accurate. Manage projecttimelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Coordinate communications with clients, vendors, and stakeholdersto gather necessary information and provide updates on progress.

Utilize legal research tools and databases to support transactionpreparation. Maintain meticulous records and documentation for alltransactions.

Requirements:

2 years of experience as a Paralegal.

Demonstrated expertise in legal document drafting. Strong attentionto detail, with proven skills in proofreading and producing clear,concise legal documents. Excellent organizational skills and theability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to workindependently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic legalteam.
