Role Overview:

The firm seeks a Senior Paralegal with solid Federal Court Litigation experience, ideally with a background in Intellectual Property (IP). The position involves supporting attorneys in high-level litigation, including preparing for trial. Some travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft and assist in legal filings: pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals + Conduct legal research and manage case-related information + Communicate directly with clients, court staff, and attorneys + Organize and maintain electronic files and litigation documents + Manage exhibit lists and assist attorneys during trial preparation + Track and coordinate litigation deadlines + Analyze and review incoming case materials

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 4 years of Federal Court Litigation experience + Strong knowledge of Federal Court rules and e-filing + IP litigation experience highly preferred + Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred + Highly organized with excellent communication and analytical skills + Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines + Proficient with legal research tools and software This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal seeking a dynamic role with no billable requirements and a chance to work with a truly sophisticated legal team.
