Entry Level Legal Administrative Assistant Lauletta Birnbaum LLC Sewell, NJ 08080 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, professional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products. Duties Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events Manage the conflict check process and electronically opening new files Transcripiton of dictated memos and letters General office duties Utilize time management skills to track deadlines and ensure completion of tasks based on priorities Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other agencies as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with legal standards. Experience Strong writing and verbial communication skills are necessary for drafting correspondence, memos, and other legal documents. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
