The firm has an active practice in commercial and residential real estate, loan documentation, land use, and civil litigation. Responsibilities:

Preparing legal documents, agreements, and notices. Organization of client documents ensuring all necessary documents are accounted for. Assisting attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions. Correspondence and direct communication with clients, municipal officials, various professionals and others. Various office duties on an as-needed basis. Experience with real estate transactions. Excellent analytic and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, demanding role. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
