  • Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate and Administration Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our legal team.

The ideal candidate will support our attorneys in managing cases related to wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and administration. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective client communication throughout the legal process. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in the preparation and drafting of legal documents related to wills, trusts, and estate planning. Manage case files and ensure all documents are accurately organized and filed. Conduct research on laws and regulations pertaining to probate and estate administration. Prepare probate filings and assist clients with the probate process. Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case status. Support attorneys in case management and administrative tasks as needed. Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of document preparation and case management. Ensure compliance with legal deadlines and assist in time management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program. Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in estate planning or probate law. Strong legal writing skills and experience in drafting legal documents. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding wills, trusts, and estate planning. Proficient in case management software and legal research tools. Notary Public certification is a plus. For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
