Job Description
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal/Legal Assistant Greenfield Law Group LLC Lakewood, NJ 08701 Commercial real estate paralegal or legal assistant for very busy commercial real estate law practice with experience with commercial real estate loans and commercial real estate acquisitions, who is very responsive, pro-active, and pays careful attention to detail. Work would include preparation and management of closing checklists; review of title and survey; and preparation of loan documents and closing documents.
