We are seeking a highlyorganized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support ourbusy legal office. This entry-level position is ideal for someonewho is detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn the innerworkings of a legal practice. Legal experience is not required — wewill provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

JobDuties:

Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner Answerand direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to generalinquiries Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneysand staff Maintain organized physical and digital filing systemsPrepare and format documents, correspondence, and basic legal formsunder supervision Assist with client intake, including gatheringbasic information and documentation Handle incoming and outgoingmail and deliveries Support attorneys and legal staff withadministrative tasks as needed Learn and grow into basic legalassistant responsibilities over time

Job Responsibilities:
