Salary:

$60,000 – $80,000 per year A bit about us: Weare currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Personal InjuryParalegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is an opportunity towork with a group of committed professionals dedicated to providingthe highest level of legal service to our clients. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for a variety of duties related topersonal injury cases, from the initial intake through settlementor trial. This role requires a deep understanding of the legalresearch process, excellent organizational skills, and an abilityto work independently while maintaining a strong team orientation.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting detailed clientinterviews and taking statements. 2. Managing case files, includingorganizing and maintaining all legal documents. 3. Assistingattorneys in the preparation for trials, depositions, mediations,and meetings. 4. Conducting comprehensive legal research to supportcase preparation. 5. Drafting legal documents such as pleadings,motions, affidavits, and subpoenas. 6. Coordinating the discoveryprocess, including drafting requests and responses, schedulingdepositions, and liaising with clients and experts. 7. Assistingwith trial preparation, including evidence organization, trialexhibits, and witness preparation. 8. Maintaining a calendar of allimportant deadlines and ensuring all are met. 9. Communicating withclients, opposing counsel, judicial administrative staff, and otherinvolved parties. 10. Assisting with settlement negotiations anddrafting settlement agreements.

Job Details Qualifications:

1. Aminimum of 3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal. 2.Strong knowledge of legal research tools and databases. 3.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to managemultiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. 4. Proficiency indrafting legal documents and correspondence. 5. Excellent verbaland written communication skills. 6. Strong attention to detail,with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in legaldocuments. 7. Proficiency in using legal software for documentmanagement, case tracking, and communication. 8. Demonstratedability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. A proactiveapproach, with an ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.10. Strong knowledge of personal injury law and court procedures.11. Paralegal certification or equivalent educational background inthe legal field.
