We handle a high volume of residential real estate transactions and pride ourselves on guiding clients through every step of the process with professionalism and care.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) real estate paralegal to manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys throughout the transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing with minimal attorney oversight Draft, review, and edit contracts, deeds, and closing documents Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, realtors, lenders, title agents, and attorneys Guide clients through each step of the transaction, explaining processes and requirements Track and manage deadlines, inspection periods, mortgage commitments, and closing dates Negotiate inspection issues with realtors and attorneys Order and review title work; identify and resolve title issues Coordinate document signing and closing arrangements Maintain organized digital files and task lists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Translate documents and communications as needed for Spanish-speaking clients

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling residential real estate transactions in a law firm or title company Strong working knowledge of New Jersey real estate law and closing procedures Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management systems (experience with MyCase is a plus)
