An excellentopportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal to support multipleattorneys in a fast-paced insurance defense practice. This roleoffers hybrid work arrangements after an initial in-office period.
Core Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in all phases oflitigation from case inception through trial Prepare and managee-filings across multiple jurisdictions Draft and review medicalrecord summaries and chronologies Maintain case files andlitigation calendars Draft basic pleadings and discovery documentsAssist with deposition preparation and exhibit managementCoordinate with insurance carriers and external vendors Monitorcourt deadlines and maintain internal tracking systems Handlecorrespondence with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
RequiredQualifications:
3 years of litigation paralegal experience,insurance defense preferred Strong experience with e-filing systemsand court procedures Demonstrated expertise in medical recordreview and summarization Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strongattention to detail and deadline management Bachelor’s degree orParalegal Certificate Interested in hearing more?
