If so, our client is looking to add a Float Legal Administrative Assistant and a Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant to their team. Our well-known and established client is looking for professionals to join their team. These opportunities are DIRECT HIRE, full time positions located in Downtown Rochester. Responsibilities Schedule closing dates and assist with the loan closing process, including obtaining necessary signatures and preparing closing binders. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members. Provide back-up support across the real estate and litigation teams as needed. Maintain strong file and document organization practices. Prepare, revise, proofread and process real estate documents such as Transfer documents, including deeds, affidavits, agreements, closing statements and loan documents. Calendar important deadlines and dates to ensure timelines are met. Provide support across various practice areas with a focus on litigation matters Manage document productions, subpoenas, and discovery responses. Assist with final preparation and filing of court documents, including briefs, motion papers, and more. Proactively manage priorities in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. Collaborate with attorneys and teams to ensure timely, accurate and efficient support. Experience Working knowledge of real estate transactions, mortgage banking, title report preparation, and/or background in commercial transactions is a plus. 2- 3 years’ experience MSOffice Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Sound judgment Accountable Team player Reliable Proactive Strong organizational and time mgt. skills Excellent written and verbal skills Strong understanding of various computer applications Exceptional attention to detail #BUS1
